Higher Surgery Course Booking – Standard Terms and Conditions Summary
1. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that advance publicity is correct at the time of going to press, WX Higher Surgery Course Organisers and Conference Consultancy Ltd reserves the right to make any changes to programme details or other arrangements, which might be necessary.
2. The full fee is payable at the time of booking. WX Higher Surgery Course Organisers and Conference Consultancy Ltd reserves the right to withhold joining instructions pending receipt of full payment. WX Higher Surgery Course Organisers and Conference Consultancy Ltd reserves the right to cancel your place on the course if payment has not been received within 72 hours or, within four weeks of the course start date whichever is soonest.
3. In person course fees include tuition and light refreshments.
4. If you notify us to cancel your place more than six weeks before the start date of the Course, we will refund you the Course fee paid less an administration charge of 10% (or £60, whichever is greater) to cover our costs of administering your application. However, if you notify us to cancel your place less than six weeks before the start date of the Course, once the Course has started or if you do not notify us at all, the total Course fee will be charged, and you will not receive any refund.
5. If it becomes necessary for WX Higher Surgery Course Organisers and Conference Consultancy Ltd to cancel a course, any fees paid will be refunded in full. In such a case, WX Higher Surgery Course Organisers and Conference Consultancy Ltd liability shall be limited to the refund of fees. We will not be responsible for any consequential losses (e.g. travel or accommodation costs) incurred by you in such cases and you may wish to consider taking out appropriate travel insurance for any non-refundable costs you incur when arranging to attend an in-person Course.
6. Delegates attend the WX Higher Surgery courses at their own risk. WX Higher Surgery Course Organisers and Conference Consultancy Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, theft, damage or injury suffered by any delegate.
7. Your place on the Course and content provided by us is non-transferable to any third party. This means that you cannot transfer your place on a course to someone else. Furthermore, these Terms and Conditions are personal to you and us, and you cannot transfer your rights and obligations under them to any other person.
