Please note, if you are completing this registration on behalf of someone else, the details should be completed in the name of the person attending EAHM 2026. The details provided will be used to prepare name badges and meeting materials etc. so should be in the name of the attendee.

Personnel with exhibiting and sponsoring companies should contact your company group contact to access the exhibitor / sponsor registration booking portal.

Welcome Reception

A Welcome Reception will be held for all participants at Church House immediately after the end of the first day programme, Thursday 2nd July from 18:00 - 20:00.  This is included in the registration fee, but to help us cater for numbers, please indicate if you plan to attend by checking the box below.
