How to register for ISHA 2023 Annual Scientific Meeting
Delegates are asked to register for the ISHA 2023 Annual Scientific Meeting using the online registration forms available at the links below. Payment by card is preferred, however other methods of payment are permitted by agreement with the ISHA Registration Office - simply email registration@ishaconference.com.
The principal currency of the event is US Dollars (USD), but delegates also have the option to pay in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) or Euros (EUR) if desired; please select the relevant registration form link below.
A registration form with rates quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) is available exclusively to delegates who practice on, or belong to, an organisation based on the African continent as defined by the United Nations Geoscheme, which encompasses the sub regions of Northern, Eastern, Middle and Southern Africa, as set out below. ISHA reserves the right to verify delegates' eligibility for registration at the ZAR rate.
What's included?
The ISHA 2023 ASM will take place from 07:30 on Thursday 5 October 2023 to 13:30 on Saturday 7 October 2023. Your registration will include:
- Admission to all scientific sessions*
- Admission to industrial exhibition
- Access to ePoster area
- Meeting materials (digital)
- Meeting mobile app
- Catering during coffee breaks on 5, 6 and 7 October, and lunches on 5 and 6 October
- Welcome Reception on Thursday 5 October 2023 (guest tickets available at a small extra cost)

* Some sessions, such as the practical skills sessions, may have limited places available. These will be available on a first come basis. The dedicated "Africa Day" Programme on Wednesday 4 October 2023 and Physiotherapy & Return to Sport Education Day on Saturday 7 October 2023 are subject to separate registration and fees - please see details below.

There will be a pre-conference programme focused specifically on the needs and interests
of surgeons and healthcare professionals on the African continent taking place on

Physiotherapy & Return to Sport Education Day

** The combined Non Member registration and Membership Fee package allows non members of ISHA registering for ISHA 2023 to enjoy all of the benefits of ISHA membership until 31 May 2024 for just a small amount more than a Non Member registration for the Annual Scientific Meeting (or for the same price if registering at the early rate). A list of such benefits can be found on the ISHA website. Addition to the ISHA membership system shall be subject to a 2-week processing period. The Registrant shall be responsible for paying the annual ISHA membership fee to maintain membership benefits from 1st June 2024.
*** Resident/Fellow/Student Registrants must provide proof of status or a letter from your Residency/Fellowship Programme Chair or Medical School to qualify for this rate. You can present this by:
- uploading the status document with your registration
