All accepted abstract submissions have been allocated one of the following formats. Please consult your abstract notification email for further information, or contact abstract@ishaconference.com.

i. Standard Free Paper Presentation - oral podium presentation - 5 minutes presentation with panel discussion / Q&A

ii. Rapid Fire Campfire Free Paper Presentation - short oral podium presentation - 3 minutes presentation, 1 minute for questions

iii. EPoster - made available to view on screens in the Exhibition Hall, via links in the mobile app and via the ISHA Conference Website

iv. Trainee Award Presentation - the top scoring submissions where presenting authors are identified as medical students, residents or fellows have been entered for this year's two Trainee Awards, the winners of which receive a USD$1,200 award. Trainee Award presentations have been scheduled within the main programme. Successful finalists will see the presentation type “Trainee Award Presentation” showing for the relevant paper in their abstract notification status email. Any presenters allocated a Trainee Award presentation are asked to plan to remain until the end of the award presentations, which will conclude at 13:40 on Saturday 4 October.

Please note that there is a "3 oral presentations per speaker" maximum, to ensure variety in the Scientific Programme. EPosters do not count towards this number. Please inform the Programme Office of any presenting author changes by 24 August 2025.

Please be reminded that all invited faculty, session chairs, free paper and ePoster presenters must register for the conference.

Submission Information

We ask that all presenters submit a photograph and a 100-word biography for inclusion in conference materials. Please also complete the below copyright consent and disclosure forms and submit by 7 September 2025 at the latest, thank you.
