VENUE
The venue for the ISHA 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting is the Fukuoka International Congress Center.
Opened in 2003, the Fukuoka International Congress Center is a versatile convention space with state-of-the-art facilities and versatile meeting rooms. The Center is quick and convenient to access, being located just 15 minutes from Fukuoka Airport and 10 minutes from Hakata Train Station. Situated in the Hakata Bay area of the city, the Center is part of a larger convention complex, which with its excellent infrastructure, accessibility and commitment to hosting international events provides an ideal setting for fostering scientific exchange and collaboration.

Meeting Layout
The ISHA 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting will take place over all five floors of the Fukuoka International Congress Center. Escalators and elevators are available from the entrance to each floor.
- Registration can be found in the Entrance Hall upon entering the venue on level 1.
- The industry exhibition, catering points and ePosters will be located in the Multi-Purpose Hall on level 2.
- Plenary sessions will take place in the Main Hall (level 3) and parallel sessions will be found in the Conference Rooms on levels 4 and 5.
