All delegates of the ISHA 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting are invited to stay after the end of the first day of Scientific Programme sessions for an informal Welcome Reception - a great opportunity to meet and chat with colleagues.
Dress Code: Business Attire
Attendance at this optional Welcome Reception is included with registration for delegates of the main Annual Scientific Meeting. Tickets for accompanying guests can be purchased for a small fee via your registration form.
Gala Dinner: Friday 3 October 2025, 19:30 – 23:00, Luigans
Cost: USD 150 / JPY 22,800
An optional, ticketed Gala Dinner will take place on the evening of Friday 3 October at Luigans Resort Hotel. Luigans is located on the waterside in Hakata Bay, approximately 30 minutes from central Fukuoka. Transport will be provided from Fukuoka International Congress Center.
Dress Code: Cocktail / Business Attire
Tickets for both delegates and any accompanying guests are available to purchase on your registration form.
