EPoster and video presentations

All ePoster presenters should have now received instructions for upload, submission deadlines and templates for preparation. If you have not received these please contact abstract@ishaconference.com. Deadline for uploading your completed ePoster is 29 September 2022.

If you requested a video presentation format but have been allocated an ePoster, you are still able to embed your video technique within the ePoster template.

Invited faculty

Confirmation of your final schedules including presentation and moderating activities will be sent to you in September 2022.

Submission information

We ask that you submit a presentation abstract, a photograph and a 100-word biography for inclusion in conference materials. Further guidelines for faculty abstract submission and presentation preparation will be available in September 2022. Please also complete the copyright consent and disclosure forms and submit along with abstracts, bio and photo by 1st September 2022 at the latest, thank you.

Invited faculty registration

Registration will open on 1st March 2022. Please be reminded that all faculty, session chairs, ePoster and video presenters must register for the conference.

Invited faculty and podium presenter presentation guidelines

The guidelines, forms and agreements will be provided from September 2022. Only JAM and ePoster presentations are required to be uploaded in advance of the conference. For all other presentations, a speaker ready room will be available in Hall 1 and you are asked to upload your presentations on your arrival at the SEC. The speaker ready room will be open from the afternoon of Wednesday 12th until noon on Saturday 15th October 2022.
