dedicated programme: Physiotherapy & return to sport

ISHA - The Hip Society prides itself on its spirit of collaboration, bringing hip surgeons and trainees together with physiotherapists and other allied health professionals to share the latest advances in patient care and treatment of the hip. The dedicated Physiotherapy Programme has formed an important part of the ISHA Annual Scientific Meeting for many years, and the 2022 ASM will be no different, with the agenda even being extended further to include a new hands on practical skills training workshop.

The ISHA 2022 Physiotherapy and Return to Sport Programme represents a fantastic opportunity for physical therapists from around the globe to come together to learn about and discuss the latest issues, approaches and experiences in pre and post surgical rehabilitation.

The Programme offers a total of 12.5 CPD hours, and ISHA will be delighted to issue certificates for physiotherapists to add to their continued professional development profiles.

TOPICS will include:

  • Extra-Articular Pathology of the Hip: Greater Trochanteric Hip Pain
  • Extra-Articular Pathology of the Hip: Posterior Hip Pain
