VENUE
The venue for the ISHA 2022 Annual Scientific Meeting is the Scottish Event Campus (SEC).
Located in the Finnieston area of Glasgow, you will find everything you need on the doorstep of the SEC, which was voted the Best UK Conference Centre at the Meeting & Incentive Travel Award 2019.
The SEC is a compact venue offering flexible meetings and exhibition space. The public areas are flooded with natural daylight and the riverside location affords delegates the opportunity for some fresh air during breaks.
With over 1,500 hotel bedrooms, a dedicated train station, the BBC Scotland HQ and Glasgow Science Centre on campus, the SEC truly is a one-stop conference location.
World's First Healthy Venue
Scottish Event Campus (SEC) has been accredited at 'Silver Healthy Venue Level' by the World Obesity Federation. With this official stamp, SEC is committed to promoting health and wellbeing for their staff, clients, contractors and visitors.
This accreditation aligns well with ISHA's aim to follow in the current footsteps of the meeting and event sector by increasing our focus on sustainable initiatives. Among others, ISHA 2022 in Glasgow aims to offer healthier food options to our delegates and encourage physical activity in and around the venue.
