How to register for ISHA 2024 Annual Scientific Meeting
Delegates are asked to register for the ISHA 2024 Annual Scientific Meeting using the online registration form available by clicking on the button below.
Registration is in US Dollars (USD).
Payment by card is preferred, however other methods of payment are permitted by agreement with the ISHA Registration Office - simply email registration@ishaconference.com.
What's included?
The ISHA 2024 ASM will take place from 7:30am on Thursday October 17th, 2024, to 1:30pm on Saturday October 19th, 2024. Your registration will include:- Admission to all scientific sessions*
- Admission to industrial exhibition
- Access to ePoster area
- Meeting materials (digital)
- Meeting mobile app
- Catering during coffee breaks on October 17th, 18th, and 19th, and lunches on October 17th and 18th
- Welcome Reception on Thursday October 17th (Guest Tickets available at a small extra cost)

* Some sessions may have limited places available; these will be available on a first come basis. The dedicated Physiotherapy Program and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Program are subject to separate registration and fees; please see details below.

* Payment of 2024-2025 ISHA Member Dues (as well as any dues in arrears) is required in advance of meeting registration to receive the ISHA Member registration rate. Refunds of the member discount cannot be given.
** The combined Non Member registration and Membership Fee package allows non members of ISHA registering for ISHA 2024 to enjoy all of the benefits of ISHA membership until May 31st, 2025 for just a small amount more than a Non Member registration for the Annual Scientific Meeting (or for the same price if registering at the early rate). A list of such benefits can be found on the ISHA website. Addition to the ISHA membership system shall be subject to a 2-week processing period. The Registrant shall be responsible for paying the annual ISHA membership fee to maintain membership benefits from June 1st, 2025. Existing members that are not up to date on their dues and former members that have been lapsed within the past two years are not eligible for this rate.
*** Resident/Fellow/Student Registrants must provide proof of status or a letter from your Residency/Fellowship Program Chair or Medical School to qualify for this rate. You can present this by:
- uploading the status document with your registration
- emailing the document to registration@ishaconference.com prior to the 2024 Annual Scientific Meeting
- presenting the document on site at badge collection

Special conditions (in addition to standard T&Cs):
- Both delegates must register for the same program elements (i.e. Physio/APP Program only OR Main ASM + Physio/APP Program package)
- At least one of the delegates must be new to ISHA (i.e. not be a member and not have attended an ISHA in-person event before).
- Both delegates must register using the personalized discount code; if the second person does not register, the original rates will be applied and the outstanding balance will be payable on site.
