A popular element of ISHA's offering is its innovative live surgeries. Witness some of the most prominent hip surgeons performing surgical procedures, with explanation and moderation by specialist faculty in the room.

The oral ePoster sessions represent a new take on the traditional free paper oral sessions and create a dynamic environment, with the latest research projects being presented in succinct presentations lasting just a few minutes. Please see the Paper Search tab for more information.
ISHA welcomes award applications from residents and fellows that have submitted an abstract for a study related to hip preservation. Award finalists will present their research throughout the Scientific Program under review by a panel of experts, before the winners are announced during the Closing Ceremony. ISHA Partner Societies Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA) and European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery & Arthroscopy (ESSKA) will be partnering with ISHA in 2024 to host symposium sessions, each featuring discussion on hot topics in hip preservation and bringing in the perspectives of their members from around the globe.
New for 2024, technical deep dives offered at the start of free paper sessions will take a practical, in-depth look at specific techniques or technical aspects. Come along to find out more about best practice in a range of different procedures.
The ISHA 2024 program will feature lunchtime spotlight sessions hosted by some of ISHA's industry partners and supported by key opinion leaders (non-CME). Please see the Industry Lunchtime Workshops tab for more details.
Delegates from the LATAM region are invited to a pre-conference LATAM Regional Symposium taking place on the afternoon of Wednesday October 17th, 2024. Presentations will be given in Spanish and Portuguese language and focus on issues of particular relevance in the region. For more information, please see the LATAM Regional Symposium tab.
Electronic posters (ePosters) are another way in which surgeons and researchers can present their research projects and results to a wide audience. Posters will be made available to delegates during the conference on interactive screens. Please see the Paper Search tab for more information.
The Physiotherapy Program has been a special part of the ISHA Annual Scientific Meeting agenda for some years. This post-conference program on Saturday October 19th, 2024 will see physical therapists from all over the world come together to discuss the latest knowledge and experiences in post-operative and non-surgical treatment of the hip and rehabilitation after sporting injury. For the first time in 2024, ISHA will be offering a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Program on Saturday October 19th, 2024. This specially tailored program will be led by an enthusiastic and diverse group of APPs who are passionate about hip arthroscopy and committed to advancing our field through collaboration, networking, and knowledge sharing.
